Target® teams up with United Way

On July 12, almost 400 Target team members joined forces with United Way for numerous volunteer events across the city of Mississauga, Ontario. From gardening to cleaning up local parks to helping out at food banks, everyone got in on the fun. President of Target Canada, Tony Fisher, displayed his green thumb at Erindale Park alongside Senior Vice President, External Relations, Target Canada Derek Jenkins and Shelley White, CEO of United Way Peel Region.

After an action-packed day, Target announced a US$125,000 donation to United Way to help fund future programs in support of Peel Region families.
